Mark A. Howe and Mark S. Wood established Howe/Wood & Company in 1988 as a commercial brokerage and financial management firm.  Our original focus was the Northeast Tarrant County area in view of the dynamics of the market and because the partners are life-long natives of the area.  Our geographic area has expanded to include all of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, with special emphasis on North and Northeast Tarrant County.  

Our focus in on the commercial property needs of corporate users as well as individual investors.  Areas of specialization include all types of commercial and industrial property including retail, office and industrial development as well as land for single and multifamily residential development. Excellent relationships have been developed with retail developers, multifamily developers and industrial and warehouse developers.  We are also very active in the residential land development market, having sold several thousand acres for lot development in North and Northeast Tarrant County as well as elsewhere in the Metroplex, and developing a number of subdivisions of our own.
